Está especializada en el turismo receptivo o turismo incoming de bienestar y salud. Organiza paquetes que incluyen todos los detalles de la estancia en Galicia. También ofrecemos excursiones y experiencias, escapadas y viajes en grupo.

Como agencia de viajes, Galisacra está autorizada a comercializar paquetes turísticos de uno o más días que pueden incluir diferentes servicios: alojamiento, manutención, transporte y cualquier otro servicio necesario para el buen desarrollo de la actividad.

Las propietarias de Galisacra son María del Carmen Reinoso Iglesias y Beatriz Domínguez Almeida. Ambas, están facultadas para contratar cualesquiera servicios de profesionales debidamente acreditados à fin de realizar con éxito cualquier actividad propuesta por la agencia.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE CONTRATACIÓN:

En este escrito se exponen las condiciones generales de contratación de los servicios de Galisacra. Si bien, cada viaje/experiencia organizada podrá contar con sus propias condiciones más detalladas, las cuales prevalecerán sobre el presente documento de condiciones generales. La reserva de cualquiera de los viajes o actividades cuya organización recaiga en Galisacra, supone la aprobación por entero de las condiciones generales y de las condiciones particulares de dicho viaje. Estas condiciones particulares se considerarán automáticamente incorporadas al contrato sin que sea precisa su transcripción escrita en el mismo, obligando a ambas partes a su cumplimiento.

 REGULACIÓN JURÍDICA

Estas condiciones generales de contratación se regulan por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, del 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la defensa de los consumidores/usuarios y otras leyes complementarias (BOE), Libro IV (Viajes Combinados), sobre la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, el Decreto 42/2001, de 1 de febrero, de refundición en materia de agencia de viajes, y la Ley 7/2011, de 27 de octubre, de turismo de Galicia (DOG).

PROCEDIMIENTO DE COMPRA

Se podrá satisfacer el importe de nuestros servicios, utilizando transferencia bancaria, pago por pasarela Paypal o compra del servicio a través de nuestra web www.galisacra.com. Cualquier servicio, viaje o experiencia se contratará a través del mail info@galisacra.com o bien enviando comunicación al Whatsapp +34 621 20 67 77 donde se indicará la referencia del servicio a contratar, aportando también sus datos personales. En el instante en que Galisacra obtenga los datos necesarios, el cliente recibirá una confirmación de prerreserva, con los detalles para realizar el pago.  Asimismo, se le informará de la fecha límite para formalizar el pago.

Si al finalizar el periodo de tiempo indicado, no se hubiera realizado el pago, Galisacra procederá a la anulación de la reserva. Una vez obtenida la confirmación de pago por Galisacra, la reserva del producto se habrá hecho efectiva y se proporcionará al usuario una comunicación de confirmación de la reserva. Una vez formalizada la reserva, Galisacra comprobará la disponibilidad de plazas. En el caso de no quedar plazas vacantes, al cliente/usuario recibirá un reembolso de las cantidades abonadas. Se le informará a la mayor brevedad posible, de las opciones disponibles para otras fechas o viajes similares, que el cliente/usuario deberá confirmar su aceptación antes de efectuar el pago. En el caso que el cliente/usuario rechazara la alternativa propuesta, o no contestara a la misma, el contrato se romperá, no realizándose cargo alguno. Si tras la comprobación de plazas la reserva queda confirmada, Galisacra se pondrá en contacto con el cliente/usuario para la confirmación de su reserva.

EMISIÓN DE FACTURA

En caso de que el cliente solicitase la emisión de la factura correspondiente al producto o servicio adquirido, podrá hacerlo a través del correo electrónico info@galisacra.com donde facilitará sus datos fiscales (razón social, CIF o NIF, domicilio, código postal, localidad, provincia y país), especificando el producto contratado e indicando una dirección de correo electrónico, para poder enviarle la factura.

RECLAMACIONES

El cliente/usuario debe estar involucrado en el correcto desarrollo de la actividad, comunicando en el momento al profesional que acompañe durante el viaje o responsable de la actividad, a la agencia o al contacto facilitado, cualquier posible anomalía o incumplimiento de lo contratado, para que pueda ser subsanado “in situ”, pero si esto no es posible, no existiendo otra alternativa, podrá hacer una reclamación posterior, remitiéndola por escrito a Galisacra.

EQUIPAJES

A todos los efectos, y en cuanto al transporte terrestre se refiere, se entenderá que el equipaje y demás enseres personales del usuario, los conserva consigo, cualquiera que sea la parte del vehículo en que vayan colocados, y que se transporta por cuenta y riesgo del usuario. Se recomienda a los usuarios que, en la medida de lo posible, estén presentes en todas las manipulaciones de carga y descarga de los equipajes. En cuanto al transporte marítimo, fluvial o aéreo del equipaje, son de aplicación las condiciones de las compañías transportistas, siendo el billete de pasaje el documento vinculante entre las citadas compañías y el pasajero. En el supuesto de sufrir algún daño o extravío el usuario deberá presentar, en el acto, la oportuna reclamación a la Compañía de Transportes. Comunicándolo a la mayor brevedad posible a Galisacra.

DERECHOS DE IMAGEN Y CAPTACIÓN

Galisacra puede realizar una toma de imágenes durante la duración de sus viajes con el fin de ilustrarlo. Todo cliente reconoce haber leído y entendido estas condiciones y asume que el hecho de aparecer en un reportaje fotográfico es totalmente voluntario y reconoce la autorización de dichas imágenes con fines organizativos de su actividad. Aquel participante que no desee aparecer en alguna imagen tomada dentro del ámbito del viaje, podrá comunicarlo con anterioridad al inicio de este al organizador, absteniéndose consecuentemente de posar durante el desarrollo de la actividad. Se exime al organizador del incumplimiento por parte del participante de las condiciones descritas anteriormente.

DISPOSICIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS

El desarrollo armónico de las actividades programadas por Galisacra, se basan en el respeto al medio ambiente, así como también a la adaptación de las costumbres del lugar visitado. El objetivo primordial de nuestras actividades es potenciar la convivencia. Los comportamientos reprobables con el resto de los viajeros, que atenten contra dicha convivencia e incluso sean contrarios a las leyes del país o sus usos y costumbres, serán puestos en conocimiento del guía acompañante o responsable de la actividad o enviando un comunicado al mail de Galisacra info@galisacra.com El cliente será invitado a desistir de sus actitudes. En el caso que el mismo no desista en su actitud, Galisacra cursará la denuncia correspondiente ante las autoridades, para salvaguardar la integridad del resto de viajeros frente a la reiteración de faltas o delitos que pudiesen perjudicar al resto. Galisacra es una empresa comprometida con la igualdad y el respeto entre los seres humanos. En los viajes, excursiones o actividades organizadas por Galisacra, no se permitirá la discriminación o falta de respeto a cualquier persona por causa de su género, orientación sexual, raza, religión o discapacidad. El usuario que incumpla esto, será expulsado inmediatamente de la actividad y se dará parte de su comportamiento a las autoridades competentes. Galisacra queda libre de responsabilidad hacia aquellas personas que decidan seguir su propio itinerario, o actuar de manera irresponsable hacia su seguridad, además de no ser respetuoso con las personas o naturaleza. Podrá ser excluido del grupo aquel integrante que manifiestamente perturbe o perjudique la convivencia y seguridad. Los guías acompañantes o los profesionales contratados por Galisacra para el desempeño de la actividad, pueden variar el programa parcial o totalmente a última hora o en su transcurso a causa del mal tiempo, cambios de horarios u otros imprevistos que puedan desaconsejar o deslucir el itinerario previsto. Los usuarios/ clientes que participen en alguna actividad de Galisacra, aceptan la posibilidad de que el programa pudiera sufrir alguna modificación, así como transportes u horarios por causas de fuerza mayor ajenas a la organización, o por seguridad, logística y/o consejo del guía.

HORARIOS

Los horarios de todas las actividades (viajes, excursiones, eventos) que conlleven desplazamientos están sujetos a las variaciones ocasionadas por las circunstancias del tráfico rodado. Los usuarios que no se presenten a la hora de salida perderán la misma sin reembolso.

 COMUNICACIÓN INTOLERANCIAS ALIMENTICIAS O DOLENCIAS

 Antes de iniciar una actividad/ viaje con Galisacra, las personas que estén aquejadas por alguna dolencia, lesión, discapacidad física, psíquica, sensorial, o padezcan una intolerancia alimenticia, deberán ponerlo en conocimiento de los guías acompañantes o enviando un mail al responsable de Galisacra info@galisacra.com (se guardará estricta confidencialidad). Galisacra declinará toda responsabilidad, en las consecuencias derivadas de las situaciones acontecidas por causa de la omisión de información.

DESCONOCIMIENTO DEL REGLAMENTO

El contrato y la participación en una actividad organizada por Galisacra implica la aceptación del presente reglamento. El desconocimiento de este no exime al participante de su cumplimiento.

RESOLUCION FINAL

Galisacra se reserva el derecho de modificar parcial o totalmente el contenido de este reglamento, cuando por algún motivo lo estime necesario.

LEY APLICABLE Y ÁMBITO DE JURISDICCIÓN

Para la resolución de todas las controversias o cuestiones relacionadas con la actividad de Galisacra será de aplicación la legislación española, a la que se someten expresamente las partes, siendo competentes para la resolución de todos los conflictos derivados o relacionados con su uso los Juzgados y Tribunales de Vigo (España)

It is specialized in receptive or incoming wellness and health tourism. It organizes holiday packages that include all the details of your stay in Galicia. We also offer excursions and experiences, getaways and group trips.

As a travel agency, Galisacra is authorized to market tourist packages of one or more days that may include different services: accommodation, meals, transportation and any other service necessary for the proper delivery of the activity.

The owners of Galisacra are María del Carmen Reinoso Iglesias and Beatriz Domínguez Almeida. Both are authorized to hire any services of duly accredited professionals in order to successfully carry out any activity proposed by the agency.

GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS

The general conditions of contracting Galisacra’s services are set out in this document. However, each organized trip/experience may have its own more detailed conditions, which will prevail over this document of general conditions. The reservation of any of the trips or activities organized by Galisacra, implies the full approval of the general conditions and the particular conditions of that trip. These particular conditions will be considered automatically incorporated into the contract without the need for their written transcription into the contract, obliging both parties to comply with them.

LEGAL REGULATION

These general contracting conditions are regulated by the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers/users and other complementary laws (BOE), Book IV (Combined Travel), on the Defense of Consumers and Users, Decree 42/2001, of February 1, recast in the field of travel agency, and Law 7/2011, of October 27, tourism in Galicia (DOG).

Payment for our services can be made via bank transfer, Paypal, or by purchasing the service through our website www.galisacra.com. Any service, trip or experience will be contracted by email to info@galisacra.com, indicating the reference of the service to be contracted and also providing your personal data. As soon as Galisacra obtains the required data, the client will receive a confirmation of the pre-booking together with the information to make the payment.  You will also be informed about the payment deadline.

If at the end of the indicated deadline payment has not been made, Galisacra will proceed to the cancellation of the reservation. Once the payment confirmation has been obtained by Galisacra, the reservation of the product will have become effective and the client will be provided with a confirmation of his reservation. Once the reservation has been confirmed, Galisacra will check upon the availability of the product. In the event that no vacancies remain, the customer/user will receive a full refund of the amount paid. The client/user will be informed as soon as possible of alternative options for other dates or similar trips, which the client/user will have to confirm his acceptance before making the payment. In the event that the client/user rejects the proposed alternative, or does not respond to it, the contract will be broken and no charge will be made. Upon receiving the client´s confirmation for the alternative option by email, Galisacra will confirm in return this reservation by email.

ISSUANCE OF INVOICE

In the event that the client requests the issuance of the invoice corresponding to the product or service purchased, he can do so via email to info@galisacra.com, providing his fiscal data (company name, CIF or NIF, address, postal code, town, province and country), specifying the contracted product and indicating an email address to which the invoice will be sent.

CLAIMS

The client/user must be involved in the correct delivery of the activity, communicating immediately any possible anomaly or breach of the contract to the accompanying professional or responsible person of the activity, to the agency, or to the contact provided, so that it can be corrected “in situ”. If this is not possible, there being no other alternative, a subsequent claim can be made in writing to Galisacra.

LUGGAGE

For all purposes, and as far as land transportation is concerned, it shall be understood that the luggage and other personal belongings of the user, in whatever part of the vehicle in which they are placed, are under the client´s responsibility. Users are advised to be present, as far as possible, during all loading and unloading of luggage. For sea, river or air transport of the luggage, the conditions of the transport companies apply, the ticket being the binding document between the aforementioned companies and the passenger. In the event of suffering any damage or loss, the user must present immediately the appropriate claim to the Transport Company. Communicating this fact as soon as possible to Galisacra.

IMAGE AND CAPTURE RIGHTS

Galisacra may take pictures during the duration of your trips in order to publish them. Each client acknowledges having read and understood these conditions and assumes that the fact of appearing in a photographic report is entirely voluntary and recognizes the authorization of these images for promotional purposes of its activities. Any participant who does not wish to appear in any image taken within the scope of his trip, may communicate this prior to the start of the trip to the organizer, refraining consequently from posing during the delivery of the activity. The organizer is exempted from the non-compliance by the participant of the conditions described above.

COMPLEMENTARY DISPOSITIONS

The harmonious development of the activities programmed by Galisacra is based on the respect for the environment, as well as the adaptation to the customs of the place visited. The primary objective of our activities is to promote coexistence. Reprehensible behaviors with the rest of the travellers that threaten said coexistence and are even contrary to the laws of the country or its customs, will be brought to the attention of the accompanying guide or person in charge of the activity or by sending an email to Galisacra info@galisacra.com. The client will be invited to desist from their attitudes. In the case that the client does not desist in his attitude, Galisacra will file the corresponding complaint with the authorities, to safeguard the integrity of the rest of the travellers against the repetition of faults or crimes that could harm others. Galisacra is a company committed to equality and respect among human beings. During the trips, excursions or activities organized by Galisacra, discrimination or disrespect to any person because of their gender, sexual orientation, race, religion or disability will not be allowed. The user who fails to comply with this will be immediately expelled from the activity and his behaviour will be reported to the competent authorities. Galisacra is not responsible for individuals who decide to follow their own itinerary, or act irresponsibly towards their safety, as well as not being respectful with people or nature. Any member of the group who manifestly disturbs or harms the coexistence and safety may be excluded from the group. The accompanying guides or the professionals hired by Galisacra to carry out the activity may change the program partially or totally at the last minute or during the course of the activity due to bad weather, changes in schedules or other unforeseen events that may discourage or detract from the planned itinerary. The users/clients who participate in any of Galisacra´s activities accept the possibility that the program may undergo some modification, as well as transportation, schedules and excursions, due to forces beyond the control of the organization, or due to security, logistics and/or advice of the guide.

SCHEDULES

The schedules of all activities (trips, excursions, events) that involve travel are subject to variations caused by the circumstances of road traffic. Users who do not show up at the departure time will lose the same without refund.

COMMUNICATION OF FOOD INTOLERANCES OR AILMENTS

Before starting an activity/trip with Galisacra, people who suffer from any ailment, injury, physical, mental or sensory disability, or have a food intolerance, should inform the accompanying guides or send an email to Galisacra – info@galisacra.com (strict confidentiality will be kept). Galisacra declines all responsibility any consequences of situations arising from the omission of information.

IGNORANCE OF THE REGULATIONS

The contract and the participation in an activity organized by Galisacra implies the acceptance of these rules. Ignorance of these regulations does not exempt the participant from complying with them.

FINAL RESOLUTION

Galisacra reserves the right to modify partially or totally the content of these regulations, when for any reason it deems necessary.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to the activities of Galisacra, Spanish law will apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, being competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo (Spain).
